People's libration army of nepal is the most armed wing og communist party of nepal (moist).The pla's are found in 2002 in the midst of nepal cibil war invited by the maiosts in 1996.The chef commander of the pla during the war was prachanda (puspa kamal dahal).On september 12,2008 pasang(Nandakisor pun) was appointed in new chief commander of pla.as prachanda had become priminister of nepal.then government of nepal and moist aprty nepal make a peace agreement then PLA of nepal are stay in contoments.the CPA stipulates that PLA nad ROYAL ARMY should be integrated.the government of dahalclaoms the integration ill be completed in six months.nut still not integraton.
